1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your refund after this deadline.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:– Remain unworn and unwashed– Have all original tags and labels still attached– Be in their original packaging (when applicable)
For hygiene purposes, certain items—such as final sale products or those marked “non-returnable”—are not eligible for returns. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the respective product page.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color adjustments.
If you’d like to switch to a different item (e.g., a new size or color), please place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return for your original purchase.
In cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong style sent), we may, at our discretion.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping expenses or provide a prepaid return label (where available).– For returns due to a change of mind (e.g., ordering the wrong size, no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, original shipping fees are typically non-refundable—unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
5. How to Initiate a Return

If the item is defective, be sure to include clear photos that show the issue. Our team will then confirm whether your return is approved and share step-by-step instructions for sending the item back.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm its status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account—this timeline varies by financial institution.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated 5–10 business day window, we recommend first checking with your bank or card issuer (as processing delays can occur on their end). If the refund still hasn’t appeared after this check, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
8.Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable by our company.
If you return an item, we will refund the product’s purchase price (and, where required by law and if the return stems from our error, we will also refund the original shipping fee). However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be included in this refund.
